Estimate Your Total Cost of Ownership 
The following form allows for an estimate of the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for your IT infrastructure. This comprehensive assessment considers various factors, including hardware, software, maintenance, and operational costs, over the entire lifecycle of your infrastructure. Please provide accurate and detailed information at each step to help us deliver a precise estimation. All data provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of generating your TCO report. This report will enable you to make informed decisions about your IT investments and strategy.
Customer Information
Enter your name, email address, and phone number. This information will be used to send you the TCO report and contact you if additional details are needed. Accurate contact information ensures effective communication throughout the process.
Datacenter Locations
Provide the names of all locations where the infrastructure will be implemented. This helps us understand the geographical scope and logistical considerations of your infrastructure needs. You can add upto 10 locations.
Growth Rates
Enter the expected annual growth rates for your IT infrastructure. A default growth rate has been applied reflecting a standard industry assumption for moderate growth. You may update these rates according to your specific projections. Accurate growth rates are crucial for projecting future resource requirements and costs, ensuring your infrastructure can scale with your business needs.

Set up key parameters for your assets, including a depreciation timeline, the complexity of automation, and your consumption model. These configurations are critical for tailoring the TCO estimation to reflect your specific business operations and cost structures.
Simple Compute Configurations
Provide details about your current compute resources, such as the number and types of servers, processor specifications, and virtualization status. This ensures accurate cost estimation for compute resources, including acquisition, operation, and maintenance expenses.
Simple Storage Configurations
Enter information about your storage infrastructure, including total storage capacity, types of storage devices, redundancy measures, and backup solutions. Detailed storage configuration data helps in estimating costs related to data storage, retrieval, and protection.
Automation
Specify the annual number of requests and incidents for each storage or compute class. These initial values can be adjusted based on your specific environment by overriding the pre-populated values. Accurate input in this section helps us assess the impact of automation on your operational efficiency and overall costs.
